Rubber imported mainly from Southeast Asia is mixed evenly with ingredients to improve performance including durability. 主として東南アジアより調達した天然ゴムに、耐久性向上などを目的とした様々な成分を配合し、均一になるよう練ります。 |

２．Making components and preparation ２．パーツ成型と準備作業 |

Each component consisting of boots is made and prepared under strict quality control including items such as production lot and expiration dates. ブーツに成型される前の各パーツは必要な数量だけが作成され、加工ロットや使用期限など、厳しい品質管理の下に準備されます。 |

３．Forming boots by hand ３．ハンドメイドによる成型 |

All components are assembled by hand on a last. Lasts are maintained by types or sizes. 全てのパーツはラストと呼ばれるブーツ形状の鋳型を用い、手作業にて成型されていきます。鋳型はブーツの種類やサイズごとに用意され区別されています。 |

４．Processing with vulcanization ４．加硫缶による加工工法 |

In order to add heat and pressure to formed boots of a vulcanizer, they become elastic and durable products. 成型が完了したブーツは、加硫缶と呼ばれる大きな容器の中で所定の温度・圧力を加えられ、ゴムの特長である弾力性、耐久性のある製品になります。 |
